DESCRIPTION : 23 Available Positions! The Case Manager provides voluntary, culturally appropriate, and strength based intervention services related to child risk and/or safety factors to families who are referred to the Department of Human Services – Child Welfare Services for child abuse and neglect.
Education / Training / Experience Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in social work, psychology, or related field required, plus a minimum of one (1) year experience working in the area of child abuse and neglect prevention, including domestic violence and substance abuse issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the willingness to work with families that present safety issues in the area of child abuse and neglect, domestic violence and substance issues, and possess the ability to meet program requirements and practice effective time management.
** To be considered for employment, applicants must meet the minimum qualifications as stated above. Applicants who do not have experience both child abuse and neglect prevention and domestic violence and substance abuse, may be considered for employment depending on relevant experience.
